All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are processed the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Estimated Delivery Time (United Kingdom)

After your order has been processed (1–2 business days) and dispatched, estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.

In total, delivery typically takes 6–14 business days from the time you place your order.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or seasonal demand.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the United Kingdom. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Tracking Information

Customs, VAT & Import Fees (United Kingdom)

Orders are shipped from Sweden to the United Kingdom and may be subject to import VAT, duties, or carrier handling fees under UK regulations.

If charged, these fees are set and collected by UK customs or the delivery carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.

Velouva does not control these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (for example customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons).
